The accommodation with AC has a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom and spacious bathroom with shower. Inside the park, the villa overlooks a 60 sqm garden, reserved for guests, equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, deck chairs, and barbecue. A few minutes by car, guests can enjoy access to the sea in an exclusive bathing establishment. The house is located in one of the most beautiful and panoramic points of Monte Argentario: Cala Moresca. It has just been renovated with luxury finishes, making it ideal for people who love relaxation and privacy, where they can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. The garden, independent and reserved exclusively for guests, allows you to enjoy an incredible view and is equipped with an umbrella, table, chairs, armchairs, and barbecue. In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate a third person or 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishes, tasting glasses, Moka, juicer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. The bathroom, very spacious and with a shower, is equipped with a hairdryer and a set of 3 towels for each guest. Bed linen is also provided. A parking space is available in the parking lot of the villa's park. A few minutes by car, guests can enjoy access to the sea in an exclusive bathing establishment with equipped pitches (chairs and umbrellas), equipped with a restaurant, bar, and parking. The establishment is equipped from June to September but can be accessed in any season.
