Soggiorno a Santa Liberata
Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, molto accogliente e tranquillo, un pò di rumore del traffico dalla strada panoramica abbastanza vicina. Piacevole spazio esterno, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutti i bei luoghi dell'Argentario.

PERFETTA!!!
La casa è semplicemente perfetta con tutte le cose giuste al posto giusto.Per un soggiorno di 3 persone è anche "abbondante". L'unico neo forse è rappresentato dal divano letto( comodissimo) che bisogna aprire e chiudere ogni giorno ma ci vuole un minuto!! Si può raggiungere la.Giannella a piedi ma è in un punto strategico per raggiungere quel che si vuole sull'Argentario. Molto Molto bene!

villino argentario
Il villino è ubicato un una buona posizione per raggiungere facilmente le varie località della zona. E pratico e confortevole. Anche se piccolo è ben arredato con armadi capienti dove poter riporre il contenuto dei bagagli e provviste alimentari. E' dotato di elettrodomestici funzionanti.
Abbiamo molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno dotato anche di barbecue tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare.
Il villino è ubicato un una buona posizione per raggiungere facilmente le varie località della zona.
I proprietari sono accoglienti e disponibili.
Considerate le nostre esigenze, siamo soddisfatti per come ci siamo trovati.

Tutto ottimo ma non c’è connessione internet
Tutto molto bene, proprietari gentili e disponibili. La casa è bella e in posizione strategica!
Però non c’è un accesso wi-fi o internet, tanto più problematico perché non c’è nemmeno segnale di telefonia cellulare.
Trovo poi assurdo che la cauzione di 200 € non sia ancora stata rimborsata da VRBO dopo oltre 15 giorni dal check- out!

Gute Unterkunft für Paar mit Hund
Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrstechnisch ideal zwischen Orbetello, Porto Ercole und Porto San Stefano. Viele verschiedene Sand- und Kieselstrände sind innert nützlicher Frist erreichbar.
Einkaufen oder Schlemmen ist in den drei umliegenden Dörfer
problemlos möglich.
Die Unterkunft ist umzäunt und ein Hund erhält hier ein ausbruchsicheres Feriendomizil.
Olivenbäume spenden Schatten auf der grossen Terrasse.
Die Aussicht geht (zwischen dem Laub der Bäume hindurch) auf eine Schiffswerft und die dahinter liegende Lagune.

Piccolina ma con un ottimo spazio esterno
La casa è piccolina ma ha un piacevolissimo spazio esterno con ulivi splendidi e cespugli che isolano dall'esterno. Lo abbiamo usato per colazione, pranzo e cena (zanzare permettendo. Piccola parentesi sulle zanzare: siamo in Maremma e in Maremma ci sono le zanzare. Punto, bisogna mettersi il cuore in pace e munirsi di repellenti). La posizione è ottima per chi vuole noleggiare una barca dato che è proprio davanti. Per altre cose invece è un po' infelice : troppo sulla statale per pensare di andare al mare a piedi e sempre troppo sulla strada per avere il silenzio della campagna. La casa ha delle buone attrezzature in cucina e buoni armadi. I materassi sono un po' così così (soprattutto quello del divano letto che può andar bene per uno o due bambini ma non per un adolescente né tanto meno per un adulto). Dotazioni tipo saponi, detersivo, spugne per la cucina, ecc assolutamente assenti e questo devo dire che spiace. I padroni di casa sono persone gentili e assolutamente non invadenti

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacane a casa di Alessio . La casa ha tutto ciò che serve, piccola ma accogliente e con spazi interni ben distribuiti. Gli elettrodomestici sono di qualità e funzionanti.
La casa ha poi una grande terrazza , unico neo sono le zanzare.....comunque nulla in confronto alle bellezze del paesaggio e i suoni delle cicale che ti fanno compagnia tutto il giorno. Lo spazio esterno con i suoi ulivi è stato ideale per noi e per i nostri due cani.
Il proprietario, molto gentile, ci ha informato sulle bellezze del luogo e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Presente ma non invadente.
