Traditional 1 bed French gite, with private pool, 3 acres of garden. Aircon.

Romantic getaway for 2 people in a countryside setting. Quiet and peaceful with many traditional French villages a short drive away.
Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, relaxing and kitchen areas. Private secluded swimming pool (June-September) with sun loungers and parasol. Close to historic villages of Montcuq, Lauzerte and Tournon d' Agenais and Montaigu de Quercy for plenty of sightseeing and markets. Swimming lake with sandy beach 10 minutes away. Established hiking and walking trails at the end of the garden, plus a few deer and other wildlife if you are lucky. Outdoor dining and seating area. BBQ. Enjoy a relaxing dinner watching the sun go down. Or head off to a nearby village for some drinks and dinner. Plenty of good restaurants 15 min drive. Bedlinen, towels and pool towels all included.

Montcuq is a 12th century village with a large market on Sunday.
Lauzerte has a lively Saturday Market and plenty of places to eat in the market Square. Sensational views over the valley.
Tournon d'Agenais is a Royal Bastide from 1270.

Superbe location

Les propriétaires sont sympa et discrets. Le logement un peu atypique est très agréable et nous avons profité de la piscine à notre convenance. Nous recommandons ce gîte et la localisation dépaysante.

TRES BEL ENDROIT

La location est vraiment très belle, cependant elle n'est pas adaptée en cas de mauvais temps. En effet nous avons 4 jours de pluie et on ressentait l'humidité étant une pièce recouverte de pierre apparente. Si le temps avait été au beau fixe cela aurait été vraiment idyllique. C'est vraiment très joli. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Un séjour pour découvrir une belle région du Lot. Le temps n'y était pas mais la région regorge de bonnes choses à faire : Montcuq, Saint Cirq Lapopie et Cahors entre autre. Logement à type de grotte, atypique mais charmant ! Hôtes très accueillants même avec leur accent 😊 Avis aux non bilingues : télé, DVD et livres à disposition mais en anglais ! Piscine non dispo en mai mais vu le temps, on en aurait même pas profité donc aucun regret ! Merci encore 😊

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la localisation est parfaite pour visiter plein de petits villages. Le logement était d'une propreté remarquable, spacieux et très bien équipée .Helen et Stephen nous ont très bien accueillis pendant cette semaine, ils ont été très discret. La piscine était très bien entretenu. Un endroit calme et reposant.

Un séjour au top sur tous les points

Merci à Helen et Stephen qui sont adorables pour ce séjour de rêve dans cette location où tout est magnifique et très cosy, la piscine privative est un vrai plus et beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs dans cette très belle région. Calme et Sérénité

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Helen et Sephen qui on tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour se déroule sous le signe de la sérénité. Sous une grosse chaleur la climatisation et la piscine ont été d'un grand secours et nous on permis de profiter au maximum de cette belle propriété calme et reposante. Logement charmant et fonctionnel.

AMAZING

The room was so nice. We stayed for 4 days and Loved every second of it. The owners of the property were so nice and kind and made the pool ready everyday so you can lay and relax in the beautiful nature. Thanks to Helen and Steve for making our stay so nice! One tip, the internet wasn’t so good... But the detox of our phones was good for us ;). Greetz!! Duke en Evi :)
