  • Welcome to Villa L’If du Marquis, an elegant character home in Montauroux, surrounded by the Provençal countryside. Recently renovated in a contemporary style while preserving its authentic charm, this villa offers a peaceful setting ideal for family or group stays.



    Spacious and filled with natural light, the house features a large living room with comfortable sofas and a TV area, opening onto the outdoors, as well as a welcoming dining room overlooking the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, full tableware) so you can easily prepare and enjoy your meals together.



    The villa has four bedrooms across three levels, ensuring comfort and privacy: two suites with double beds and private bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, and a mezzanine with a double and a single bed, perfect for up to three guests. A reading nook completes the relaxing spaces.



    Outside, enjoy a fenced, tree-lined garden, a furnished terrace for outdoor dining, a private pool (shallow, perfect for relaxing), and a pétanque court for fun moments. Two parking spaces are available on the property.
