Ideal Montauk retreat with pool and hottub

Great location in the center of Montauk: 5 minutes to Ocean beaches, town, harbor, shopping, and restaurants.
The house is built for luxurious inside / outside entertaining - In the outdoor you'll find lots of decking for lounging, refreshing pool, 8 person hot tub, big lawn to play sports on, big grill, dining table that sits 10, an additional picnic table that sits 8, outdoor shower, and surfboard racks.
Inside there is a chef's kitchen, two living rooms, dining room that sits 10, and a wood paneled powder room / half bath on the main level.

The main living room has a projector that is connected to apple TV so you can watch movies on the entire wall. It also has a fireplace for the fall and winter.
Three of the bedrooms are located in the second floor.
Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and king bed
Two guest rooms share a full bath. One of them has a king bed, and the other two double beds.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the garden level, have a separate entrance but also accessible from inside the house. They share a third full bathroom, and they also have their own kitchenette .
