"Wonderful location, right on the beach. The staff was kind and welcoming. The property was beautiful with a pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, cornhole, etc. Very family friendly. Some walkable restaurants nearby and a quick 5-10 minute drive into town where a lot of the restaurants and shops are. We did have ants all in our food one day but the staff addressed it quickly "

"Unhinged wacko"

"It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. In order to give the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of time to warm up- we left and came back after dinner. The room was still freezing. We tried calling after hours maintenance to come. We left a few messages and no one came - in the morning We also called the emergency phone number again. No one came. They eventually did change our room however we’ve been trying to reach them because we feel a partial refund is warranted and we have not been able to get in touch with anybody. This is just really unacceptable."

"The rooms were clean. The bathroom had a pocket door for the toilet area that did not close properly and the lock did not work. The shower was outside the toilet area, but there was no door only a curtain."
