About this property
Cozy sun drenched beach cottage private beach & hot tub. Year round beach escape
- Well-furnished summer beach cottage with all the amenities in Hither Hills area. Walk 5 minutes to our private beach, or 15 min to town and bike to almost everything else. Gurneys is close for cocktails or coffee, so it downtown. House is cozy, clean,bright and airy even on dark winter days:) Leave the windows open and you can hear Owl’s hoot and the waves crashing on the beach. This house is a 3 bedroom, two bath cottage with tons of deck space and patio area that includes a hot tub and perennial gardens. The maximum number of guests is 6. There is one king bed and two queens. This is not a party house or share house. We are not an LLC. This home is my primary residence and I have raised my family here. I ask that my guests respect my lovely neighbors and their love of quiet.
