SUPERB T2 in the heart of Montauban
Welcome to my cozy two-room apartment and Zen atmosphere. It is warm, bright and comfortable. You are in the heart of the city of Montauban surrounded by pretty squares, terraces, shops, restaurants and old streets. The apartment is on the first floor in a beautiful residence with lift.
There is a free and secure PARKING place in the residence.
It is close to all amenities, the city center is less than 5 minutes walk.
Nice clean apartment, decorated to the taste of the day and bright.
With:
- A bedroom with parquet floor with super comfortable bedding (140X190) and a double-glazed window guaranteeing you quiet nights.
- A large closet to store your belongings (you will also find a fan, an iron, extra blanket).
- A nice nice and bright stay, and a kitchen equipped (+ washing machine).
- A bluetooth bulb in the room is at your disposal to listen to music.
- A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
Towels and sheets are provided.
Being very careful about hygiene and cleanliness, you will not have any unpleasant surprises.
