About this property

- This stylish, air-conditioned accommodation dates from 2015 and meets RT2012 standards for waterproofing and insulation. 3 STAR TOURIST FURNITURE. Located on the 1st floor of our villa (staircase for reduced mobility), it is completely independent, the villa is fully enclosed, entrance with remote control, access to the swimming pool and barbecue area. it includes a kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, a living room with high-end sofa bed, a terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large sink (work surface 1m30) and separate WC. The garden is shaded and very flowery with a play corner for children. The swimming pool is secure and measures 5m by 10m with Roman entry. The walls are stony and the roof in old tiles. The equipment is comfortable and very complete, 42 "HD television, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood, vacuum cleaner, etc. Household linen is provided in line with the number of holidaymakers. Wifi access allows you not to disconnect completely.
