"VERY thin walls. You can hear the guests in the next room snoring - even if their tv is on low volume you can hear it. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper"

"Room sizes are great. Definitely spacious. Shower didn’t get very hot. Good bang for your buck."

"Great location! Just a couple blocks from Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, and cable car turn around. We stayed in room 501 which gave a great view of downtown and Coit tower."

"It is good as a one or two night airport hotel. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. We noticed some rooms are undergoing renovation, but we were not disturbed in anyway."

"Came back about 10 days ago . And I’m already looking forward to visit again. The location of the hotel is great! 3 minute walk from the beach , pier 39 is a 3 min walk , the cove is 10 minutes walk . Lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel is well maintained , very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome and has everything you could ask for in breakfast buffet . Fresh and clean . The room is nice and clean .bedding is very comfortable . although the bathroom is maintained and very clean , it’s the only thing I didn’t like in the hotel .It’s very small and outdated . I really enjoyed my stay there and I will be going back !"
