"Staff at reception were very helpful and hotel in a good location for easy access to old town. The room was nice however, there was building work at the hotel ongoing for refurbishment and it started at 8.30am which was too early. Also not sure if connected to the building work or that is it is an old building but when in your room it is noisy (pipe work etc)."

"It is a beautiful building and right on the square where you finish the Camino Frances. Also the breakfast and the service as part of the breakfast that is included with the room is very nice. That said - for the price of the room, the staff was hit and miss at the front desk. Had a few good ones a few that needed some client service assistance. "
