"Clean room. The mirror near the bed seemed a bit scratched up, but that was very minor since there was a bathroom. WiFi was also good. The service was great! The transport from the airport and to the cruise that they offered was way cheaper than any other option I found online. The breakfast didn’t seem free, but the price wasn’t bad. The food was very good! Way better than the cheap food you get at other hotels. You can tell that they care about the quality of their food. Excellent service overall! I highly recommend!"

"What a view from our patio! The valley is so peaceful and the gardens are lovely. This hotel is very close to the Saturnia natural springs which we went to every day. All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect stay. "

"The room has a serious health concern. There was an extremely strong mold and mildew smell throughout the room — so strong that even two days after checking out, my pajamas still carried the odor. The environment felt damp and unclean, to the point where we did not even want to touch many of the surfaces in the room. It honestly felt more like a neglected roadside motel than a properly maintained hotel room."
