"We booked this place as we needed a washing machine & the right amenities in the middle of our trip. There was no washing machine, even though it was stated on the features. The showers flooded. No outside pool area. There was no one there to check out - we were checking out at 9:15am, which again stated it was staffed at. We nearly missed our train and had to just leave the keys to an empty reception desk. For the money we paid, we definitely do not believe it is worth it."

"The hotel is just off a main road, very easy to drive to from the airport. There is parking onsite which is free. It's a good stopover if you don't need to go into Florence city centre and are driving onto elsewhere in Tuscany. Very much a business hotel. The interior of the hotel was modern and artistic. Rooms were very clean. The king bed is super comfortable. The bath is can be difficult to get in and out of as the glass comes out a lot and where you step into the bathtub is slanted so it can be dangerous, especially when wet! We expected the water to be restocked everyday after room cleaning but this was not the case however."
