If they would step up their game a bit (more pillows, seating in rooms, provide wine glasses and opener, cozy it up a bit with amenities), they could easily be a 4 star because the property itself is certainly 4 star."

Yasmin, Ivan, Filippo and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to every request. They helped us get a car rental delivered, ensured a smooth experience for our guests, helping us deliver their welcome bags and coordinating a clothes ironing service before the wedding. The restaurant on site was also terrific and the wait staff, especially Alessandro, were so welcoming and warm. They all knew we were here to celebrate our wedding and did everything possible to take great care of us. The grounds are stunning and that pool is amazing. Such a great place to relax for hours. If you are looking for a beautiful, elegant but with a rustic charm stay in Tuscany, look no further than this property.
