Vacation home with pool, gym and large garden near Montaione, in panoramic position. The property is completely fenced and has about 1000 m² of outdoor space, partly with lawn and partly with forest. There is a main house, an outbuilding with equipped fitness area, a swimming pool, a play area for children and an entertainment area. The property also includes a small lake for sport fishing. Montaione is located in a dominant and central position, ideal to reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena or the sea. The Etruscan coast can be reached by car in about an hour. The house offers plenty of space to organize a vacation with family or with a group of friends. The last section of the access road is not asphalted (800 m).
