"We were very disappointed to find out that there was not a life guard on duty when we arrived after a day of travelling with our kids. The slide was not in use, and it was the main reason that we had booked this hotel. We were still able to use the heated pool, but the hot tub was not very hot. I asked the front desk if there would be a life guard on duty the next day, but their shift did not start until 2pm, well after check out. Very disappointing. The rooms were nice and clean and we were given a room on a quiet floor which was nice."

"Site enchanteur, souper et déjeuner 5 étoiles. Personnels accueillants. Seul bémol... Beaucoup de trajets à faire avec les bagages pour se rendre à notre chambre (monte, et descends les escaliers, en plus d'ouvrir des portes avec les mains pleines , ce n'est pas pratique...)"
