Property needs maintenance, dripping faucet in kitchen, no working lights in living room, dishes are an assortment of odd plates and bowls, 3 of a kind typically which we had to rewash before using, no items like salt and pepper, sugar except a few restaurant packets. We would stay again knowing we had to bring everything.

overall condition is not good. Whole floor carpet is worn out , the blinds almost fell down from window frame. Air conditioning is not central air-conditioning .Some places are hot, and others are especially cold.

Overall it was good, the only thing missing was the air conditionning cause when we got there on Friday the 13th it was 27 degrees Celsius in the condo. The pool was great 1 minute walk from the condo very clean area, in the condo the cleaningness was not great but ok missing a little bit more love, I know it s not easy today with the missing workforce We have a company my husband and I and we understand, that s why when we left we cleaned the BBQ inside and we kept everything clean during our stay, I a bit of a cleaning freak lol 😆 Thank you!

The property overall was nice but but sofas were very old and uncomfortable and had nothing else to sit on besides the old kitchen table chairs. Staid four days and could not figer out the TV... Very poor internet.

Great condo close to Mt Tremblant - expect to not just x-country ski onto the golf, the river must be crossed first. Clean property however recycling bins by the street were full - would reserve again

Nice location, though further from the ski lifts than I thought. The neighbours of this property rather rude and unfriendly as the neighbours properties are private and not part of tremblant sunstar. Impression is they don’t like short term renters around their property. Unit itself was very clean and comfortable. Only problem was that it was freezing all the time! There is an off limits basement which is not heated so the lower floor was very chilly. Upstairs where all the bedrooms are was nice and warm. Spent $40 in firewood to keep first floor bearable. Poor value and can sometimes get better deals at tremblant resort itself. Would not stay again.

Spacious Condo and Quiet
The condo was very roomy and would comfortably accommodate eight people. Bedrooms are on three floors so there is plenty of room to spread out. Nice deck is gas grill and outdoor dining table. Internet was good. Check-in staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the beds are too hard. These are beyond firm mattresses.

Very nice condo close to mountian
Very nice condo close to ski area. On arrival condo wasn't equipped with blow dryer and one tv was without a cable adapter. I called and all was resolved within a short period. The condo was very clean. The only thing which is very minor their was only one bowl and the master bedroom was dimly lite. The condo was so cozy. Management was quick to clean walk way when it snowed and parking area. I would stay here again without hesitation. We had a wonderful time!!!

Family reunion for Grandpa's 70th Birthday!
I have been to Chalets in Mount Tremblant in the past, so knew exactly what I wanted which was a place big enough to fit a large group on a family reunion. We just needed to get food and board games. Everyone was very happy with the place and complimented me on the choice. The staff was so nice and helpful. We didn't stay there for the golf but we enjoyed the pool in the resort. You do need to drive to get to the Tremblant village though.

A nice place to stay
A nice place to stay. Certainly would return. HOWEVER, coffee maker would not work (minor issue--we used the Bodun instead), the sofa bed is UNSATISFACTORY for sleeping on (dropped my rating by 1 star because of this.). It is worn out and needs to be replaced. Good surroundings. Lovely pools. Not much place to walk around as it is a golf course and casual walking is not really safe (or desired by golfers). It is a bit off putting to have to go an extra 5-10 km in order to check in and then go back to where you actually stay.

We were 6 + 1baby, very comfortable rooms. easy to cheek in and even easier to cheek out... spacious rooms and very clean ...magique kitchenette with all needs covered. well thought. TV, music dvd and everything works. I my self am a front desk agent and I know when a service is done with pleasure. "Remerciment" to the Front desk staff. very helpful and big smile at all times. Beautifull brunett ( don't remember her name but ) she worked on sunday oct 12 morning shift, she has Great actitude , very nice and quick to solve our needs. The gentleman with the nice mustage, great personality and caracter. That man exudes an " hotelier posture " We are all very happy!!!

Déçu. Retournerons plus à cet unité.
Bel endroit, avec beaucoup de potentiel mais a sérieusement besoin d'amour (Unité 1707). Pas propre, tapis vraiment usé, taché et rapiécé. DVD qui ne fonctionnait pas. Téléviseur dépassé. Si le service est si bien coté dans mon évaluation, c'est grace à la dame qui s'occupe des opérations, au Beau Vallon. Très à l'écoute, elle nous a immédiatement changé de condo qui était nettement supérieur. Il y avait même des coussins d'été sur la terrace qui trainait par terre dans la neige. Mur à repeindre, propreté de lit qui laisse à désirée.

Séjour très agréable. Logement très spacieux pour 6 à 8 personnes. Le seul bémol c'est que l'accueil ne se trouve pas sur place et qui n'est pas indiqué lorsque tu arrives. ( 4 km des logements) De plus de nombreuses lumières ne fonctionnaient pas.
