Located in the prestigious Altitude complex and just a 3-minute walk from the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village, this luxury 2-bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo offers an exceptional mountain retreat. Set high above the resort, it boasts a private, year-round jacuzzi on the terrace with sweeping panoramic views of Lake Tremblant, the pedestrian village, and the surrounding peaks. With its southwest exposure, you’ll enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening—an experience that blends serenity, comfort, and pure Tremblant elegance.
Winter tires are mandatory to access the parking during winter conditions.

● Ski-In/Ski-Out: Ski access is weather-dependent, but the run is typically open from late December through April.
● Visitor Parking: A few visitor parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of one spot per unit.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500

They let us check in a little early and extend check out by an hour to accommodate our schedule. The entire teams communication was stellar. Will be back in the summertime to experience a different season.
