The property features a first bedroom upstairs with a large double bed (160×200) and access to the balcony. A second bedroom has two single beds (90×200). On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. A terrace with a view of the mountains completes this property:

Each chalet is divided into two duplexes for 4 to 5 people, furnished in a mountain-style ambiance, very sunny with a breathtaking 180° view of the mountains and the sunset over Mont Bargy. The terrace faces south and features a balcony. Each chalet has a garden, a parking space, and access to a playground.
A private ski and bike storage room is available for each duplex.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower, a separate toilet with a window, and underfloor heating.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, including 1 large master bedroom with a 160×200 bed and another bedroom with 2 90×200 beds.
You can rent multiple units depending on availability; the residence is secure.
Mont Saxonnex is a holiday village with several nearby restaurants, ideal as a starting point for hikes, and equipped with all kinds of shops—including a bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, tourist office, and post office—as well as a Pump Tract. It is located 8 km from the Cluses train station, 8 km from Bonneville, 40 minutes from Geneva Airport, and 40 minutes from the areas around Chamonix, Geneva, Thonon, and Annecy, with numerous recreational facilities nearby.
During the winter season, the children’s ski park is just 2 km away. You can experience dog sledding. Many ski resorts are nearby: 20 minutes from Les Carroz and St. Gervais, 30 minutes from Les Gets and Megève, and 40 minutes from La Clusaz.
