  • The apartment has just been completely renovated.
    It is located on the ground floor.
    Separate toilet, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction cooktop, washer-dryer, 4 bedrooms with flat-screen TVs connected to YouTube and Netflix, 140x190 beds, bed linens provided, bathroom and shower room (in one of the bedrooms), Wi-Fi
    Free parking in front of the property.
    No problem parking, even for vans.
    All essential shops are within 200 metres.

    Cleaning protocols will be stepped up during the pandemic!

    Our cleaning team is doing everything possible to prevent the spread of the virus.
    For our clients, we plan to clean, disinfect, and use detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs, as well as apply disinfectant using a spray.
    We pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles.

    We provide the following in our apartment:
    • Hand sanitiser
    • Hand soap
    • Paper towels
    • Tissues

    We have renovated and furnished the apartment for greater comfort and amenities: cleanliness, new high-quality bedding, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, and tasteful decor. Non-smoking apartment; no pets allowed.

    The beds will be made upon your arrival.

Séjour parfait!

Appartement très propre, cosy, bien décoré et surtout bien équipé. Localisation idéale près des écoles et universités (avec parking et balcon). Frédéric et Coralie sont charmants! Excellente communication. Au final, tout était parfait! Merci+++

Belle expérience. Je recommande !

Très bel appartement. Propre, bien équipé. Résidence calme, bien située. Commerces à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. En revanche, petit problème d’odeur d’égouts dans une des douches. Sinon je recommande ce logement.
