Beautiful house in Miami Platja with private pool, consisting of 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, and on the upper floor there are 3 double rooms and one single room.

Groups of young people, parties, and guests under the age of 25 are not allowed.

There is a full bathroom with shower on the first floor and another full bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor, where there is also a spacious living room, a kitchen with dining area equipped with two refrigerators and standard kitchen utensils.

The kitchen leads to a covered porch with electric awning and garden furniture.

There is a direct view of the pool and barbecue area, which is brick-built and complemented by an outdoor stone table. Next to the pool is an area dedicated to the famous game of petanque, for enthusiasts or those who wish to enjoy summer evenings with this traditional game.

The house has air conditioning and there is a covered parking space at the entrance. The location of the house is quite central and has restaurants 10 meters away, as well as supermarkets within walking distance, the beach about 300 meters away, and other leisure services in the municipality very close to the location.
