    The spacious house is located in an absolutely quiet residential area with low single houses without high-rise buildings, and yet only 600 metres from the village centre. The beach is approx. 1 km away and has a fantastic large sandy beach with very clean bathing water (awarded the blue flag by the EU) with many small bays. You can see the nearby mountains and the air is exceptionally good. You will also find plenty of peace and quiet to switch off, and in the village you will find everything you need for your holidays and more, including bike hire, water sports, ..... nightlife, restaurants and shopping.

    The ingrown and secluded garden is furnished with dining areas and loungers, as well as a brick-built outdoor barbecue. The patio/courtyard behind the house is accessible via the kitchen and the garage and is also furnished with a dining area. Lemons grow there, which you are welcome to pick. There is also a practical additional outdoor shower, which provides refreshment in summer. From here you can see the nearby mountains

    The house was last extensively renovated in 2019 and is very well maintained. The kitchen is modernly equipped: dishwasher, freezer, fridge, microwave, coffee machine..... The bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with large built-in wardrobes, a washing machine and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are included and if required there is a cot and a high chair.26 degrees in the conservatory even in November! It is like a second light-flooded living room, so everyone can find a place to relax, play etc. In winter the house can be heated comfortably and cosily with central gas heating. There is also an open fireplace in the living room. Everything is comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.     The region around Miami Playa is about 120 km south of Barcelona and offers something for everyone: many sporting activities, whether by the sea or in the mountains (fishing, mountain climbing, cycling, golf, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, sailing, surfing, diving, tennis, hiking, water skiing), plenty of peace and quiet to switch off, cultural sights that reflect the Spanish tradition, a fantastic large sandy beach with very clean bathing water (awarded the blue flag by the EU), many small bays. Other ideas for excursions: the Ebro Delta with its rice fields and nature park, typical fishing villages such as Cambrils, Amposta.... Inland you will find the typical traditional Spain, only 6 km from the coast, unspoilt and practically without tourism. in the surrounding area there are many cultural sights and also the second largest amusement park in Europe after Disneyland, the "Portaventura". in the capital of the region, Tarragona (20 km) you can visit ancient Roman buildings, the metropolis of Barcelona is 120 km away.

    An internet connection via WLAN is available free of charge (40Mbit) and in the living room you will find tips for excursions as well as games for the family and the little ones.
