- Bonita casa de 2 plantas con un precioso jardín exclusivo, piscina, barbacoa, solarium y porche, muy cerca de Cambrils y Salou. A 20 minutos del parque de atracciones Port Aventura. La vivienda tiene 3 habitaciones, sala de estar, 2 baños, cocina (equipada con frigorífico, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, horno, vitrocerámica y todos los utensilios de cocina), cuna para bebé, terraza solarium, porche, jardín privado, parking, piscina comunitaria para uso exclusivo de 3 casas.
En la planta baja: habitación con cama de matrimonio, aseo, cocina y sala de estar (con aire acondicionado) con acceso a un porche con barbacoa en un precioso jardín particular de 150 m2. A través del jardín privado muy seguro para los niños se accede a la zona comunitaria con piscina para las 3 casas que forman la comunidad.
En la primera planta: baño completo, habitación con 2 literas y una cama nido, la habitación de matrimonio con aire acondicionado, cuna para bebé y amplia terraza solarium.
