I turned on the fan full throttle, but it didn’t clear if even after running all night. I let the front desk person know in the morning before I left for the day. When I returned, they moved me to a different room because they hadn’t been able to get the engineer to come to their location despite having 8 hours to do so. The sink drain holes in both rooms were blocked so...

"The premium room was excellent with balcony and views over St Helier & to the sea. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a spacious bathroom with shower & bath & underfloor heating. Staff were very polite & friendly. The walk to the town is about 20 minutes, but there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Also they run a shuttle bus. The food for breakfast, lunch & dinner were excellent & cooked perfectly."

"This was our third stay at the Chateau. It was exceptional value for money and good service. However the snack (two sandwiches) were grossly overpriced. The only other negative was the piped music which is broadcast in all the public areas. It would be nice to have the beautiful sitting room music free so that one could read quietly.
