"Hotel moderno, con detalles muy cuidados en la decoración y muy bien insonorizado. El único pero es que no se puede acceder con el coche."

"Great location and staff adequate, some helpful, some rude, but obviously skimping on basic room amenities, like soap, shampoo, bathroom tissue and linens. One tiny soap to use in both sink and shower, and when they “cleaned” the room they didn’t replenish, nor were emptied coffee cups removed. No pad and pen, no complimentary water or coffeemaker, no chairs on the balcony. Some simple comforts would have made all the difference, but when we return we’ll stay elsewhere."

"Property is located in the small Spanish Village of Les. Great Mountain View’s in all directions The hotel is centrally located, close to multiple cafés, bars and a few restaurants that are right along a watershed that runs through the village. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I got one four parking spots right out front. Stayed two nights and caught the Tour de France in Bagneres de Luchon. Les is about a 30 min drive but far enough to be uncrowded and quiet. Stayed with my GF and...

"Kom sent, ingen parkering. Fikk lov til å stå oppå fortauet. Topp. Stort kult rom. Litt dodgy at det ikke var vindu på rommet, men ellers bra. Måtte bære kofferten siste etasje pga heisen gikk ikke så langt opp. Flott frokost! Likte dette hotellet godt. "

"Bad experience at check in. We booked a room for 2 adults and a child and at check-in I had to prove that I had booked correctly through Expedia. I also had to prove that I had corresponded by email with the staff and was promised that I would get a cot (we arrived at midnight). The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. Facilities and cleanliness at a high level. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner. All in all, we left satisfied"

"Habitación enana sin espacio para moverte, dejada, anticuada, destartalada, sin mantenimiento ninguno. Un esquinero suelto dejado por las esquinas, las mantas tiradas dentro del armario, una balda de cristal del baño suelta y abandonada sobre el lavabo, los grifos sueltos giraban, ... un desastre. Que sea un hostal no quiere decir que tenga que estar como una pocilga. No era una habitación que mantuviese un mínimo de dignidad."

"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater. The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."

"The hotel is located on a side road in a modest size village. Very little traffic passes so it's not likely to attract passing trade but does mean it's very quiet with no vehicle noise in the rooms. The staff speak good English so communication isn't a problem. The room has a balcony with views of the mountains in the distance. Breakfast costs extra but is of high quality. The only issue is the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty but the shower gel provided an alternative."
