"Le Puy de Sancy" Apartment – a cozy atmosphere and mountain charm

"Le Puy de Sancy" apartment, 85 m², rated 3***, completely renovated in spring 2020 with a cosy, mountain-style atmosphere.
Located on the garden level of the residence, it consists of:
- a kitchen open to a large living room (equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, induction cooktop, and microwave; a permanent filter coffee maker; a raclette and crepe maker; a kettle; toaster),

- the living room features a 140-cm wide-screen TV with Netflix accessible via your account and YouTube via free Wi-Fi, a 3-seater sofa, and a 160-cm sofa bed,

- 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a 90 cm bunk bed,

- Shower room with hydromassage column, hair dryer, and towel warmer, with a separate toilet,

- Toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning supplies.

It features a private 60m² garden with a view of the Capucin Forest.

Outdoor table + 2-burner gas grill.

Direct access to the 100-square-meter communal garden, featuring a pétanque court, lounge chair, 4-burner gas grill, ping-pong table, darts, giant Mikado, and many small games for children…

The sauna is available upon request (€10/week / excluding the COVID period)

You have access to the self-service washing machine and dryer in the laundry room in the basement. (Laundry detergent provided)

Ski storage, hiking boots, and strollers are available on the ground floor.

Motorcycles and bicycles can be parked under the porch, accessible through the garden gate with a secure access code.

We can provide: a travel cot, high chair, and baby bathtub (upon request).

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental (a set consisting of a mattress protector, fitted sheet, and pillowcase is provided); they can be rented from the Sancy concierge service:

- €15 per 90cm or 160cm bed

- €5 per person for household linens (towel, bath mat, and tea towel)

Housekeeping is not included in the rental:

- you can arrange for it through the concierge service: €80 (excluding kitchen and dishes; there is a €30 surcharge if the kitchen and dishes are not cleaned).

This is a non-smoking apartment. Hosting parties is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Free street parking.
