Never even went they said check in time wasn't until 3 and we were there at 12 and they couldn't do anything for us so a complete waste of 167.00

Check in staff very attentive and nice. Room service staff very sweet with nice welcome note. Property itself, unfortunately outdated all the way…an old Best Western franchise standard decor not at all the new updated and fresh Best Western’s we’re accustomed to seeing.

Very poor maintenance of the property. Nice people, but but no shining sta. Zero enrrgy in anyone. It just a very average place with very average amenities in very average or less condition. The food was good. The lack of energy and pride drag it down.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We were there for a kid's sports event and the breakfast and speedy checkout were appreciated. Bare bones, no frills, clean and comfortable bed and room. Would stay again for similar events.

I left before checking in! Outside appearance, lobby appearance, and fast-food smells from chain restaurant next door left me with no desire to stay. On the bright side, the woman working at reception was very professional and positive.

Very clean property and rooms. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. They have a nice breakfast service, and go all out with their holiday decorations. This is our go-to property when we are in the area visiting family. Definitely recommend.

Very well run and welcoming hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and cared about my stay. I was there for a 3 day show, and it was a really convenient location, close to the fairgrounds. It is a pretty busy area, and that’s the only negative. There is no fitness center, but they have more than made up for that by offering passes to beautiful new fitness center that is just behind the hotel. I regret I could not have breakfast, due to not being able to really leave my dog, and my show times, but there was a good microwave and refrigerator-everything I needed. I will definitely stay there again, next show season. Thank you for your kindness!

Fun Halloween decorations pulling up and in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in. Personal welcome note left on the bed with 2 water bottles. A nice, welcoming touch like that hasn't happened in a billion years.

Enjoyed my stay here. The owner & staff were very nice. It was a bit difficult to access as there was no sign on the main street at the entrance & the sign on the building was not visible when approaching from the east. The building's sign was easily seen when approaching from the west though.
