Was told i had to pay a extra 100 dollars if i use my debit or credit card when i got there which i wasnt aware and no one told me when i called ahead and asked questions the bed was hard as a rock was in severe back hip and neck pain cuz of it and my boyfreind and the so called heted pool was not very heated i smelled weed in the halls and felt like i was in a drug house never again will i stay here!!!!

The room looked nothing like the pictures. The hot water for the Jacuzzi tub didn't get very hot. There is no elevator which made it extra noisy when people would walk up and down the stairs. The placement of the heating/cooling unit was directly below the window where the curtains covered it, so you were forced to keep them open in order to feel the heat. Which was oh so lovely when there was the outside light shining bright like the sun into your room. Staff were friendly but had to go find someone to check out.

I was really disappointed with the overall experience. I used some rewards and got a killer deal and it was a well needed break away from everyday life for a moment but I got there around 10:00pm and the receptionist was not thrilled to be there or maybe she wasn’t feeling well, not sure but she struggled to process the transaction even though I prepaid. She could see I prepaid on her end so I’m not sure what the holdup was but then she charged my card for $100 non smoking agreement deposit and that took an extended amount of time also. I’m not sure if the machine was malfunctioning or what but I showed her my bank account where two transactions had came through one for the room and one for the deposit. She mumbled something and then went back to what she was doing and about that time the manager came around the corner and asked if I was a walk in guest and the receptionist said no and then they went about business. After a little while longer, she finally gave me the keys to my room and I took them and ran to my room to get my jammies on. After getting comfortable and settled in for the night my son and I pulled out the sleeper couch mattress. I should have taken

Staff was great, kind and helpful. The room on the other hand for a suite, poor. The curtains were broken and rigged on had to redo them to close them. TV was tiny and dated blocks on the TV so you can not use the HDMI on the TV, jacuzzi was cool. For the price you would think it would be better.

Got to the hotel that was in the far back of a closed plaza with no lighting on the verylongroad. Was told they did not have a reservation for me and they were over-booked. That they had been having trouble in receiving their reservations. Lot was nearly empty. They called and arranged for their "sister" hotel (a nearby Econolodge). On the phone the clerk told the sister hotel she'd be sending me over as well as the next two people on her reservation list. The one she said they hadnt received. Ended up paying slightly more at a far inferior hotel. Broken furniture, stained carpets in public areas, very poor breakfast offering. Had a 2.5 hour drive home at 8:30 pm so I had no choice but to take it.

Not happy with my stay
The fridge didn't work, the bed made noises every time you moved, and the faucet came out funny. I got back to my room and my key didn't work, went to the desk to get it fixed, again didn't work, had to go a 3rd time. Overall I was disappointed as I have stayed at other Baymonts and they were much better.

Stayed at this property for a last minute rest from driving. Check in was slow but that wasnt the worst. After checking in to our room we discovered black mold on the bathroom celing and surrounding the tub. When making the front desk aware the worker didnt seem to care. She said "oh, sorry about that" and continued with her personal conversation on her cell phone. Wouldnt recommended and wouldn't stay agian. Health department needs to inspect this place and close it down for repairs.

From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay at the hotel in monroe michigan. The staff was way friendly and had great attitudes! The place was super clean and the bed was sooooo soft. Great sleeping there

It was a quick and cheap find for the night, but when arriving nobody was at the desk I had to call somebody to come upfront and check me in.. few hrs later TV did not work, went to desk nobody was there again so I called & ended up getting hung up on. come checkout, NOBODY IS AT THE DESK AGAIN. a cleaning person walked by & said the desk worker had to run to the store theyd be back soon.. just overall unprofessional & not clean, but if needed a quick cheap night i guess here..

Beds are comfy. $100 deposit to stay, get it back next day if you use cash otherwise have to wait on your bank. $25 fee if you wanna check in early -just an FYI

I had to put curtin back on tracks because it was hanging half off. Had to go to front desk to get batteries for tv remote that were dead and attendent had to remove batteries from something else to give me. Curtains did not cover the windows completely and hung down over AC unit causing it to not work properly. 2of the 3 couch cushions were broken down and were half as thick as the 1 good one. Bathroom door gets stuck on floor and was VERY hard to open and close. And the toilet ran about every 10 minutes. Checked out after 1 night and told the manager why giving him the above listed issues and he acted like it was no big deal, never offered anything to try to make it right. With i would have paid with CC instead of cash because i would have disputed payment.I will be contacting their corporate office about this matter

DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! what you see in the photos when booking is definitely not what you get! There is no wood flooring and when you book a king “Suite” you get a bedroom with a couch and a bathroom the size of a mf broom closet! They only give you new towels every 3 days (weird?) and if you want new ones sooner they make you get your exercise and bring them down to the front desk to be EXCHANGED for new ones (meaning no extras). Good thing we ended up not needing the ice since there was a fly frozen in one of the cubes. And please please please don’t stay here if a gym is important to you 😂 despite that picture all you get is 1 elliptical & 1 treadmill. Honestly the only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to the weed

We went to the breakfast (included in room rate) at 8:30 and there was nothing left.. We wanted to swim prior to leaving but the pool hours changed to 10am open, this does not seem fair. The hotel smelt bad down by the stairs and lots of dog hair on the carpets. In our shower there was a hair hall in the top, my husband refused to shower and was disgusted. Front desk staff were not friendly in the morning. Would not recommend this hotel.
