Perfect spot

We had a wonderful stay, the condo had everything we needed and more! So close to the boat ramp and plenty of parking for us and our boat! Highly recommend!

This condo was well situated for our family, and we had a great time. The layout is convenient though the plumbing is very noisy. The rooms are spacious and full of light. However, blackout curtains are essential in the bedroom when there is so much light through the window at night. Upon arrival, easy entry with the code provided. The first impression is that it is someone's personal apartment because the cabinets contained a lot of personal food, even previously opened pasta sauce in the cabinet and 3 packs of bacon in the freezer, Still there when we left. There were towels left in the washer, the bathroom air vent hanging from the ceiling, The dishwasher was full. The dish drainer was also full. The carpet had bit of plastic, not well vacuumed, and the sofa cushions full of dirt and crumbs! Unlined trash bins in the bathroom, but the kitchen trash was fine. The vertical blinds on slider doors are broken, The patio screen door is off the track. The patio has NOT been swept and the dry, unusable garden hose, left tangled amid the cobwebs and debris is a fall waiting to happen. The cleaning fee required in the reservation FAR exceeded the cleaning done in preparation for clients. We had to finish laundry left previously, and unload the dishwasher and dish drainer before we could use them. We had to get the previous debris off the floor before toddler arrival. There is no pool available. Our family did, however, really enjoy the condo, the park, lake and being together. NQP

Vacation to Mark Twain Reservoir and Hannibal

The property was just like it is stated. It was nice and quiet, plenty of room for the two of us. Completely stocked with supplies, in ever area, if you should forget something. Including the fridge.

Winter Get-Away

The Condo was lovely, clean and super quiet. We enjoyed sitting in the living room drinking coffee while watching the snow fall before we started our day. I highly recommend renting this unit. It was well stocked. We had a relaxing get-away.The owners responded to our text promptly with any questions. They were awesome to work with.

Girls Weekend!

This condo made our girls weekend so relaxing and enjoyable! The kitchen has everything you need when eating in!! It was quiet and cozy with lots of blankets, comfy couches and nice litle patio to get outdoors! Oh, and the grounds are a wonderful place to walk. explore, play minature golf and stroll on down to the lake. Peaceful!!

You can't get closer to a boat ramp on the twain

We love staying in this complex! You really can't beat it, a water park within walking distance and next to the boat ramp everyone in the complex is super nice and everything is well kept and clean perfect place to take your family. This unit is no different than any other unit we have stayed in super nice super clean the only thing that makes this one a little better than the rest is it is on the bottom floor!

Convenient

Condo was very nice and quiet. Convenient drive to the lake. One item worth mentioning, pictures show a gas grill and there isn’t one. There is a community charcoal grill available.

Great experience!

We had the opportunity to stay at A&J Rentals condo at Mark Twain. It was fantastic! Beyond our expectations!!! The condo has a large, well-designed kitchen, with so many amenities; spacious, comfortable living room, 2 full baths and 2 large bedrooms!!! Very clean!!! The hosts went above and beyond our expectations in supplying everything we could need! Highly recommend for couples and families!!! Lots to do in the area!

Great place for a getaway

Our group had such a great experience at this condo! It had everything we needed and more. We ate in all weekend and the kitchen had everything we wanted to cook and serve. The condo was clean and well-maintained with touches that gave it a home-like feel.We took the short walk to play mini golf, basketball, and jump on the jumping pad at Jellystone - so fun!Go with your family, or your friends, you will be happy either way!

Satisfactory. Kitchen nicely stocked with essentials. Nice sized living room space. Beds very soft. (Way too soft for us) Would have liked to have kitchen/dining table & chairs for meals and games, but none available.Upon arrival, towels in guest bath were wet when needed for showering. That included the ones folded on the towel rack. We had to call for toilet paper & contact person response was good. (Should have had extra available)Coffee pot was let with grounds in filter, not cleaned. Patio and patio furniture were not cleaned for use. Both washer & dryer had items left inside. Otherwise, enjoyed our time at MT Lake.
