They’ll just “fall off”. I waited a week, and they didn’t. I called back again and talked to the GM. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking. She seemed so bothered that I called about something so minuscule. I will have to wait weeks for them to do anything. The stay itself was okay. The pool was broken. The lady at check in was the only staff member that was welcoming and kind. "
