"When I travel, what makes it special is the team, the staff, the people! This hotel has this and more! Kent and his team were incredible. What a beautiful hotel in the heart of it all. Its local, genuine and the facilities are just right. From breakfast to the pool, amazing massages, outdoor shower and beautiful smiles. Walking distance to everything. If you want a place that welcomes you with smiles, marshmellow beds and location, look no further. 10 out of 10. We will be back."

"All the staff were so helpful. Comfortable beds. Good selection of English language tv channels. Movies BBC etc. Perfect central location very near City Hall , Opera house and Ho Chi Minh statue outside front entrance. Excellent breakfast choices . "It was good. We stayed for about a week and a few days. Cleaning comes by every 4 days but I think you have to remind them to come by to clean. Rooms are nice, we had a big window overlooking the bridge but it was heavily worn. The room we got wasn’t like the picture but it was nice. There wasn’t a proper dining place in the room that we got so that was inconvenient. It’s a little small for three people. Communication with host was good, they are pretty responsive and nice. We had a problem with the AC leaking and they got it fixed it right away. Really good place for the price I would say. The laundry service is good but crazy expensive. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you really need it. There are also one grocery store and two convenience stores right below. Also a pharmacy too. Really nice point. The washing machine in the unit works great for small loads but you just need to hang your clothes to dry afterwards if you’re fine with that. Location is convenient, really close to the popular markets and city center. Super easy for Grab to come in/drop off. Overall it’s a great place for the price point and great location over all. I would recommend taking into account that it’s over the bridge Cau Ong Lanh so there is a lot of traffic. Time your commute wisely."
