"Jessica was great to answer questions and very responsive. We had a family of 12(8 adults). We used the main house and the cottage, which worked out well. Plenty of fans but the weather was great in general. The kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is in a great location with great views. We easily drove to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, The Lost Kitchen, LL Bean, Pemaquid lighthouse, Maine Cabin Masters headquarters. Wiscasset, BoothBay (Puffin tour), Bath and Damariscotta are close. Food highlights were lunch at the Lost Kitchen (Freedom), Reds Eats(Wiscasset), Long Grain (Camden), Antonia’s (Freeport). Dresden Coffee (Dresden) is a small coffee, breakfast and pastry shop. The owners are immigrants from Poland and the nicest, most appreciative people we met. Also Westport Island Pottery (really unique) is a self serve pottery stand about 4 miles from the house. We hope to return in the future. Thank you Jessica."

"This is a lovely hotel about 15 minutes away from downtown Damariscotta. It was easy to find, right off Route 1. Despite being so close to such a busy road, traffic noise was not a problem. The rooms were big, the king size bed was comfortable, the outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained. While we were only there for a night, I would absolutely stay here again."

"This place was fantastic! Very comfortable home and plenty of room for our family of 5. We had one day over 85 F and high humidity and the AC worked well on the first floor but it was pretty warm on the 2nd floor, so we were grateful for the portable fans provided. The rest of the days, it was very comfortable inside the house. Gorgeous view from the spacious deck and we loved sitting down on the dock."

"Our group of 4 loved staying at this cozy cottage. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and it was extremely clean. We loved the enclosed porches off of the two larger bedrooms and watching the sun sets over the island across from us. We would definitely recommend this cottage and would love to stay here again one day. The management company was attentive and helpful. Only thing missing for us was tissues/kleenex in the bathrooms/bedrooms."
