We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. "The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were able to let me into my room ahead of time. The room was perfect, clean and very quiet! Location was great, as it’s only 5 mins from the train but easy to walk to all major sites. "
