"A great little hotel in a quiet location.
The staff gave a great welcome from start to finish.
Rooms are great well looked after cleaned daily.
Ive stopped in many hotels and this hotel and the service they provide puts some big hotels to shame.
I would definitely stay here again without question "

"This is a characterful property set overlooking lovely views of the river Sile and apart from occasional traffic noise is very peaceful. We found the staff very welcoming. Although registration is not until after 15.00 we were able to leave our bags in Reception when we arrived earlier so we could explore the town and find somewhere for lunch. The entrance is by a buzzer on a door at the side of the building just beyond the cafè and once you are buzzed inside the accommodation is on the third floor. Our room was in the front left corner with lovely views over the river and was very spacious. Everything was clean and tidy and a kettle and selection of teas is provided. There is a slope on the floor which was not a problem but watch the little step into the bathroom at night! The twin beds were very comfortable and quilts are provided for added warmth which we found very useful. Altogether a charming place to stay the night and highly recommended. "
"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off water, etc I found them extremely annoying. No coffee maker in the room. The curtains do not completely close so it does not black out the room. The location could not be better. The manager of this Hotel deserved 100 gold stars for an incredible job."
"Do not trust any good reviews for this property or accept to stay in room #2. There were things in this apartment that were broken, terribly stained, in disrepair, and not clean! We have pictures and videos of our check-in and Expedia and owner refuse refund or credit! Inmense amount of mold in washing machine and smelled terrible! Dirty dishes left in the dish washer. Dining table and counters not wiped down. Fridge was not clean with broken unusable shelves. There was hair everywhere! On the pull out couch, on and in the clean towels, in the shower that was already cleaned, and in the fridge. We could not utilize the toilet near the bedrooms as the tiles on the wall were broken and when you tried to sit, it would sink and make noise and couldn't handle even my toddlers weight. The other toilet is not broken but we only hovered and could not sit as it also moves when you try to sit on it. Sink in the bathroom near the rooms was backed up and not draining.
The floors were still dirty! I swept the floors myself when we did not hear back from the property owners on my concerns. There were so many spiders, ants and mosquitoes throughout the apartment at check in. All the walls of the apartment were dirty, damaged and in need of painting. Couldn't use the air conditioner as smoke smell came through when we turned them on, not sure why. We do not smoke and have small children and was very uncomfortable.
Wifi kept failing. My husband relied mostly on our own mobile and esim data."
"The staff here did an amazing job, super friendly, suggestions for shopping and eating, always prepared to clean if needed, extra water, towels, or coffee pods. Code system was easy to use for apartment and garage. Literally across the street is an amazing restaurant called Alfredo for an awesome dinner option. Easy walk to anything in the city as well. Highly recommend!!!"
