"Room was nice, location was on the beach away from busy part of town, yet an easy walk to everything. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast and restaurant on the beach was good. We had a slight bit of confusion when checking out, the gentleman at the desk told us we hadn’t paid and said we owed quite a lot. He was nice and the confusion was figured out quickly. "

"Cozy studio perfectly located in the old town. Surprisingly modern while keeping the old town charm feeling. Good for solo travelers or couples. Close to car rentals and parking lots. James the host was a perfect example of Greek hospitality. "

"There truly aren’t words to describe how wonderful our stay at El Mar Naxos was. From the rooms and facilities to the incredible staff, it felt like both a luxury hotel & spa and somehow also like home. The team here were some of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve ever met—they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. At first, I was a little concerned about not being right in the heart of Old Town, but once I realized how quick and easy the walk was into town - and how peaceful and serene the hotel was with its absolutely stunning views from the hilltop - I was completely sold. The property offers just about every accommodation you could want, and it’s clear how much care goes into running this family-owned hotel. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Naxos. We’ll definitely be back. This is too good to gatekeep - do yourself a favor and book.
