Immaculate hotel with marble floors

Very clean hotel with lovely staff. Short walk to port where there are lovely restaurants and shops.

In general, it was a nice appartement. It was clean and had a good location. The main issue we had was the noise. The sound isolation is quite poor and therefor you would hear every car or motor that would pass by the appartement. Also, the shower head was broken and would spray water everywhere. The drying rack at the front of the appartement was also broken. If they would improve these things it would be a great accommodation.

Vi hadde et fint opphold på Ippokampus! Resepsjonisten, George, ordnet et fantastisk opplegg til oss til den dagen vi leide bil. Takk! Hotellet ligger veldig få minutters gange fra stranden, sentralt i Naxos by og var alt i alt veldig bra.

Very happy with this booking overall. The young woman at the reception was exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay. She took the time to orient us to the island and offered her assistance with any of the bookings we might want to make. The room was very clean and had everything we might have needed. Apartment was a 5-10 minute walk from the port, so we managed to go back and forth to the town frequently. Would definitely recommend this place!

Buona soluzione

Appartamenti rinnovati confortevoli, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia e vicinissimi a bar e ristoranti, con una camminata si arriva in centro e al porto. Ideali per gruppi. Non è previsto transfert. Difficoltà per il parcheggio. Wi-Fi non funziona bene.

Non si trova vicino la spiaggia!

L'appartamento è nuovo e in perfette condizioni di pulizia, peccato che fosse un seminterrato e non vicino alla spiaggia come si capiva dall'inserzione. Il personale, molto cortese, il giorno dell'arrivo ha chiamato per dire che aveva avuto dei problemi con expedia per la geolocalizzazione della struttura. Peccato che anche il nome non fosse lo stesso, non Ippokampos ma la "sede staccata" Marileta appartaments. (cercate su google maps)

Alles gut, ausser die Entfernung zum Strand

Das Hotel das Apartment!? Wir haben das Apartment gebucht, aber die Bilder vom Hotel gesehen. Es sind 2 paar Schuhen. Es ist nicht das selbe und sollte separat inseriert werden. Wir wollten direkt am Strand buchen, haben auch die Bilder gesehen, aber uns wurde das Apartment ca. 300 Meter vom Meer gegeben. Das Apartment war perfekt. Klima, Sauberkeit, alles gut. Die Lage ins Zentrum super, aber zum Strand schlecht mit 2 Kinder! Nächstes mal werde ich ein anderes Hotel buchen. Aber für Singles oder Ehepaare ohne Kinder besser geeignet.

The staff at Ippokampos Apartments are friendly, courteous and professional. The property is located an easy walk to the beach and the town center, and yet because it is a block off of one of the main thoroughfares, it is peaceful and serene. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and are well appointed. You have a roomy, glassed in shower, small kitchenette with a burner top, hot pot and good-sized refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV that receives both Greek and English channels. I would most definitely stay at Ippokampos again.
