"This hotel is located in very convenient area in UB. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The weak point is the noise from the outdoor cars. Noise cancelling facility of the room is poor. "

When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room...
"I have stayed in hotels of many countries, this one is among the worst. Said to be 4star, but less than 3 star. Staff are ok, but spoke almost no english --- and they called it "international". Toilet smelled, room small, TV not working. Hotels.com shld review its ranking."
