Monêtier-les-Bains is a town in the Hautes-Alpes region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, 14 km northwest of Briançon.
Its vast territory of nearly 98 km² ranges from 1397 to 3659 m of altitude, occupying the upper valley of Guisane, a river that takes its source on the summit of Lautaret.
Dotted with lakes and high mountain areas, the town includes a village and several hamlets and since the 1950s, Le Monêtier-les-Bains is one of the municipalities on which the Serre-Chevalier resort has developed.

Le logement ne correspondait pas à l annonce, qui indiquait la présence d un four, du wifi …. Un coussin taché de sang à notre arrivée ne nous a jamais été remplacé , j ai dormi toute la semaine sans coussin ! La porte fenêtre ne fermait plus à clé, le micro onde ne fonctionnait pas, la machine a laver était raccordée à une rallonge de plusieurs mètres qui devait traverser toute la salle de bain pour être branchée sous le lit enfant . J ai fait une réclamation à Abritel qui a refusé une indemnisation pour tous ces désagréments ! Ma protection juridique va entamer une procédure à l encontre d Abritel.
