"We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. "Amazing resort with gourmet dining. Every single detail is very thoroughly thought through. Organization is top notch. Staff is carefully selected and well trained. Gorgeous grounds and extra exploratory activities with outside dining and sightseeing. Best resort we ever stayed at!"
"The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning! "
"The only nice thing about this hotel is Sara at the front desk. Location is in the middle of nowhere, can’t walk anywhere. You can have conversations through the walls. The Cala is beautiful but not worth staying in. The beds were like rocks. I left early as this was an unpleasant stay. "
"We checked in very late had a wonderful welcome with Marcelo ( sorry if I have your name wrong) very friendly and professional. After a long journey the hotel smelt sweet like a spa and the facilities were spotless. We had a wonderful room memory foam mattress and a great night sleep! We also like the decor very much
