I was one of the transferred ones from one hotel to another due to overbooking and no availability of rooms, and the customer service assistants were very understanding and accommodating. "It was a nice place, but rooms were tired and worn. The a/c never managed to blow cold, so this was a huge disappointment for us. Also the staff seemed to have a hard time managing breakfast and keeping food stocked. On the flip side the dront desk staff were amazing and kind. The location was nice for walkability. Our bathroom was Amazing!!!"
