One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We arrived tired; we were moved to a room that was full of dust, with a broken telephone and air conditioner. We asked to switch rooms, but the receptionist, Alessandro, was rude, telling us to find another hotel because they were fully booked for a convention. We were stuck with the situation; we spent the night without air conditioning—it only started working the next day—and we remained without a working phone. The maintenance worker used our bath towel to dry the wet floor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It looks nice, but there is absolutely no service or respect for guests.
