"I don't usually remember to leave a review, but this was a very excellent hotel. The owners have preserved the historic aspects of the building while thoroughly modernizing the rooms and they are extremely clean. The restaurants are excellent, I ate at Le 9th several times. The location is very quiet and central. The housekeeping was excellent and no matter what time of day I left and took the sign off the door it was clean when I returned, which I did not expect (most US hotels have a set time for cleaning). "

"Very comfortable gite in peaceful location. Excellent hosts Paul and Zoe. The gite was spacious and well equipped, great kitchen with full sized fridge and separate freezer, decent cooking pans and cooker with full sized oven. Great outdoor space too. We highly recommend. Thank you Paul and Zoe"

"Emmanuelle was a great host! We were greeted upon our arrival with a wonderful welcome basket with lots of eggs, tomatoes, wine, etc….Very peaceful countryside setting. Absolutely perfect swimming pool. And in these excessively hot temperatures, the air conditioning was very very welcome! Spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, calm countryside, setting close to the beautiful little village of Simorre!"
