"We really enjoyed staying at Hotel West End. The location along the Promenade Anglais was excellent and in short walking distance of the Old Town and Castle Hill. We checked in and the hotel staff got us into our room in less than 15 minutes. The service was impeccable. I felt like I was transported back in time. I would definitely stay here again. "

Every staff member was incredibly courteous, kind, and helpful, and special recognition to the housekeeping staff who helped make the space welcoming in the day and comforting in the evenings. Everyone was always pleasant and upbeat, making it an excellent place to stay. My spa experience was amazing too, with thoughtful guidance on using the amenities and a fantastic massage by Carla. Highly recommend! I will add that I had one mildly rude conversation with a hostess in the restaurant, however, this was nothing compared to how tremendous the rest of the stay was."
