"The property has been lovingly restored and furnished to a high standard. We stayed in the Italian room. The little coffee shop downstairs was gorgeous, as well as the pastries. The staff were so friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Location was perfect! I would highly recommend Casa Palacete 1822 if you are visiting Granada. A true ‘boutique’ hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to Granada!"

"The hotel is stunning! Walking up the spiral staircase was a dream and I hardly took the elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and very pretty. Overall an excellent stay, though I did see what other reviews mentioned which was that the property could use some maintenence. Little light flickers, a tap that sometimes drips, etc. But the charm of the building is more than enough to make up for that."

"The hotel is next to the Alhambra. Check-in was slow due to busy season. The room was small and the sinks were out of the actual bathroom which has a separate bathtub and a small shower with toilet and a bidet. The shower could be cleaner. The TV has no Internet connection and if you need to change the room temperature, you would have to call the front desk. We came to Granada for one night just to see the Alhambra, so it was alright. Overall, the hotel is very convenient to go see the Alhambra!"
