Annonce attractive mensongère

A notre arrivée, personne pour nous accueillir, la maison était dans un état de saleté générale, des toiles d'araignées sous tous les meubles, baignoire sale, draps déchirés, tête de lit cassée,... aspirateur inutilisable tellement sale...Sans parler de la piscine qui était dans un état noirâtre, pleine d'algues (non nettoyée) et surtout non praticable, au prix où nous avons payé, c'est vraiment honteux. Le propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place, fait venir ses amis sans même nous prévenir et rentraient dans la propreté comme dans un moulin... bref cela a été les pires vacances que nous avons passées. LOCATION À EVITER ABSOLUMENT ET À BANNIR

Superbe maison

Super séjour, la maison est très agréable et la vue magnifique. Quelques problèmes électriques mais rien de bien méchant Valérie qui nous a accueilli est adorable et nous avons adoré ses petits gâteaux corse avec confiture. Merci encore Nous avons pu visiter la haute corse et certains jours rester se reposer à la maison avec la piscine et son cadre apaisant

Appartement climatisé avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes ! Grand séjour cuisine. Piscine privative entourée de végétation. Village animé : 2 concerts live pendant la semaine du 3 au 10 août. Proximité des gorges de l’Asco et du désert des Agriates. Magnifique plage de Lozeri à 20 min

Schöne Zeit in den Bergen mit viel Eigeninitiative

Die Wohnung ist der obere Teil eines 2er-Objekts (darunter eine Fewo vom selben Vermieter). Sie ist geräumig mit großem Wohnraum mit tollen Panoramafenstern zum Berpanorama hin. Zudem 2 Schlafzimmer und getrenntes Bad und WC. Über die Eingangsterrasse kommt man auch zum eingewachsenen Pool. Die einzigen Zuschauer sind die benachbarten Esel und Kühe. Das Grundstück ist fast komplett umzäunt, so dass unser Hund frei herumlaufen konnte. Zur Eselwiese hin ist allerdings nur ein Tuch gespannt, so dass ein freiheitsliebender Hund hier ggf abhauen kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, von einem Bratenwender mal abgesehen ;-) Die Sauberkeit ist insgesamt OK. Manche Details mussten wir bei der Anreise nachbessern, wie z.B. Dunstabzugshaube, Grill und Terrasse. Zudem muss man wissen, dass man den Pool selbst reinigen muss und auch spätestens alle 2 Wochen das Schmutzsieb reinigen. Uns wurde nur leider nicht erklärt wie. Folge: Poolabfluss verstopft, keine Wasserzirkulation. Ein echtes Problem gab es mit der Ameisenplage: Gesamte Poolterrasse, mehrere Straßen im Bad & auf der Terrasse. Wir wurden vom Vermieter nur auf Chemie im Kellerraum hingewiesen (teilw. gefährlich für Kinder oder Hunde). Nach langer Recherche wussten wir, welches Mittel OK ist und welches nicht und haben es laut Produktanleitung auf der Terrasse verteilt. Die letzte Anwendung vor unserer Anreise dürfte etwas zurückgelegen haben. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt in Moltifao.

Emplacement superbe, dans un village charmant

Des soucis de communication à l’arrivée ont compliqué les choses, mais tout a été vite réglé. Après ça, que du bonheur. La vue est sublime, le village est juste parfait, la piscine un poil petite mais enfants et parents ont adoré. L’ensemble est un peu vieillot et mériterai un coup de rénovation, mais plein de charme! Merci!

Maison très confortable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans la maison de Fabien qui est très confortable et adéquate pour des jeunes enfants également. Nous regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir eu d’accueil. Sinon tout était top !

Phantastische Ausblick aus den Fenstern, Ruhe, Pool und Garten

Das Haus ist einfach großartig - sauber, voll eingerichtet, schön dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl wir viel zu spät in Moltifao angekommen sind, war alles unkompliziert. Danke, Sandra! Netter Kontakt, nur zu empfehlen!

Villa très agréable au cœur de la montagne Corse !

Très agréable séjour en famille dans cette villa située dans un village typique de haute corse, très calme. La maison est à proximité des départs de randonnées et à 40 mn des 1ères plages (magnifique plage de l’Ostriconi) Le 1er supermarché est à 15 mn en voiture. La vue de la maison est à couper le souffle !

Emplacement idéal en Corse

Calme et repos assuré dans une propriété confortable, très bien équipée, spacieuse. La vue à 180° est l'aspect qui nous a le plus impressionné, avec la vallée qui emmène à Ponte Lecce d'un côté, et de l'autre la barrière rocheuse (assez loin, pas de soucis) du début de la vallée d'Asco. La maison est bordée de 2 terrasses de grande taille, un parking fermé, et... une belle piscine (quel bonheur) !! Côté baignade, mer à 45min environ (Ostriconi entre autre, familiale et magnifique) par une excellente route, ou, les vasques fabuleuses de la vallée d'Asco, et de Corte (tout près). Côté rando, c'est idéalement situé. Le Monte Cinto est d'ailleurs tout proche. Bref, 2 semaines inoubliables !!! Merci !!!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Moltifao, villa impécable et fonctionnelle avec 1 terrasse avec vue sur la piscine, et de l'autre côté une seconde terrasse avec vue sur le village et sur les montagnes. Que demander de mieux !

Parfait!

Excellent séjour à tous les niveaux! La maison est très agréable, au calme, et il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, de la terrasse, et de la vue plongeante à couper le souffle. Le petit village de Moltifao est superbe, perché dans les montagnes.

Petit coin de tranquillité dans un village superbe

Sympathique villa bien équipée et très bien située - vue magnifique - à mi-chemin entre Ile Rousse et Bastia, beaucoup de sites superbes à découvrir - Tous les commerces sont à proximité, au village de Ponte Leccia - l'accueil et la disponibilité de Grégory sont à souligner - nous recommandons sincèrement et avons passé un excellent séjour. Il n'y a pas d'internet mais la 4G passe bien.

Bonne localisation

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons. La maison est agréable, spacieuse et confortable. Très belle vue aussi. Bon point de départ pour des randonnées dans les environs, et pas très loin de la vallée de l Asco et d'autres très belles randonnées ou de baignades dans de magnifiques vasques.Ponte Leccia n'est pas très loin et on s'y approvisionne très bien. De bons restaurants aussi.
