A double cottage is ideal for everyone’s independence and autonomy, offering two distinct spaces in one location to share together as a family, with friends, or as a group. This is a wonderful option for a large family where not everyone has the same pace of life or schedule, for two families sharing a holiday but wanting to keep a space all to themselves, or for friends or a group where everyone can find their own space.

The two-story house consists of:
On the ground floor, a 72-square-meter cottage (No. 1) for 4 people with a private entrance and courtyard.
An open-concept kitchen and dining area leading into a spacious living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine, a separate toilet, and 1 small room for storing luggage or other items.
The decor features cosy, vintage touches set against a natural stone backdrop.
The rental stays cool even during the hottest hours of summer.

Upstairs is Cottage No. 2, 72 m² for 4 people, with a private entrance leading directly to the beach and pool via a walkway.
A more contemporary decor blending industrial design, glass walls, and artistic architectural elements.
A light-filled loft-style space featuring a kitchen-dining area, living room, and 1 bedroom for 2 people separated by a glass partition and curtains,
a large 13 m² bathroom with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub with jets and bubbles, a separate bedroom for two people, walk-in closets, and a separate toilet.

The rental is adjacent to the owners’ home but not directly facing it, causing no noise disturbances or privacy issues.
The owners have very friendly cats and dogs that are used to the presence of guests and roam freely on the property.
They do not have access to the guest accommodation and spend most of their time in the house or our garden; this is a plus if you have children but may be a drawback if you do not like animals.
Your pet is welcome at no additional cost, provided it is neither dominant nor aggressive. We take the utmost care to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

The beds will be made upon your arrival with cotton linens; bath towels and linens are provided at no extra charge.

The property is lightly fenced, and you’ll find plenty of spaces for rest and relaxation.
A fire pit is available for use only in the off-season, as the property is located in a protected area.
At night, automatic lighting illuminates the property, and you can enjoy a nighttime swim in the pool, which features a powerful underwater spotlight.

The parking area can accommodate 2 cars.
You can enjoy meals outdoors in the private ground-floor courtyard or by the pool under the arbor.
A barbecue next to the parking area is available for your use.

The 8 x 4 m flat-bottomed pool (depth 1.55 m) features a large paved deck with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs.
The owners are responsible for maintenance and reserve the right to swim occasionally, but only when you are not on the property.
We prioritise intensive filtration to minimise chlorine use.

The Nordic spa pool with LEDs, massage jets, and bubbles is wood-heated; and is available for your exclusive use (please allow 2 to 3 hours in summer and 5 to 6 hours in winter for the initial heating cycle); it is designed for 4 to 6 people.
Please allow 1 hour in summer and 2 to 3 hours in winter for the next heating cycle during your stay; firewood and kindling are provided for use in the stove.
The water will be fresh and the spa pool thoroughly cleaned for each reservation. Please take a shower with soap before each use; otherwise, your water will become less pure and will not be changed until the end of your stay (Icelanders always follow this practice before swimming…).
However, the spa pool is equipped with a pump and sand filter to ensure the water is as crystal-clear as possible.
We deliberately chose this high-end, eco-friendly model.
Please let us know if you’d like us to start heating the water before your arrival; we’ll provide very
