"It was a perfect safe area! All the architecture is amazing!!"

"We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future. "

"Location was wonderful. After hours of traveling, we just went upstairs to the hotel. Metro station right there too, so easy to get anywhere. Comfortable bed, nice, clean room. Breakfast buffet offered lots of selections and was good. So glad we chose this hotel. Hotels.com says they have laundry facilities - should say laundry services. No self serve on property. Laundromat is a fairly easy 10 minute walk away. Staff was helpful and nice and stored our larger checked bag while we went to Madrid for a couple of days so that we didn't have to drag it on the train with us. Recommend!"

"The roof top bar was expensive but the restaurant was very reasonable, we had a wonderful meal there. The breakfast was amazing. The staff are over the top helpful. The property is spotless. The gothic quarter is the best experiance. We were a party of 8, so we booked 4 rooms, every room was excellent."

"We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Its out of the centre and close to the underground station. This means it is quiet and peaceful at night but easy enough to travel to the city centre. It was about a 5 minute walk, we got the 5 day unlimited travel card that enabled up to get around result. The rooms are well equipped and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've ever slept in. Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent and there was lots of choice for all people. The pool area was nice and the loungers were comfortable, it wasn't busy as it's not a sit around the pool kind of hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would use it again."
