## Logement
Warm and well-appointed, the house is fully equipped and has:
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed;
- two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area with a sofa bed and cot included;
- and a shared swimming pool available from May to September.

What's more, there's a parking lot at the end of the tarmac road, a swimming pool 300 m away and a launderette 200 m away.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: terrace, balcony, TV, hairdryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the house's assets is its absolutely quiet location, even at the height of the season: it's at the end of development, the neighbor on the left only comes in August and a few weekends a year, and there are no neighbors on the right. Even in the hottest weather, the pines and cork oaks provide shade to keep the house cool.
For your everyday needs, there's a U Express and Drive supermarket just a 7-minute drive away.

In addition, the beach of the cork oaks, far from the crowds, can be reached on foot in 20 minutes via the tarmac path behind the house.
And the central beach, a mini-market, restaurants and bars are also a 10-15 minute walk away.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover places of interest such as :
- Moliets Golf Club, 7 minutes' walk away;
- the Adrénaline Parc leisure park, 4 minutes away by car;
- the Moliets-et-Maa Tourist Office, a 5-minute drive away, and much more.

## Emplacement
Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the south coast of the Landes, near the magnificent sandy beach and dunes where you can swim, surf and fish, Moliets-et-Maa is not far from the lakes of Moliets, La Prade, Léon and Soustons.

All around: the largest and most fabulous forest in the south-west.

The region enjoys a privileged position at the gateway to the Basque Country, Spain and the Pyrenees, thanks to its exceptional natural environment, including the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve, its unique terroir and its deeply-rooted traditions.

On the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, Moliets offers a variety of leisure activities and discoveries to suit every taste.

For sports enthusiasts, there's a wide choice of water sports - surfing, kitesurfing, bodyboarding, canoeing, sailing on Lac de Léon - as well as golf at the famous Moliets golf course, tennis, quad biking, surfcasting... You'll also find plenty of hiking trails to reveal all the beauty of Aquitaine.

And then there's the courant d'Huchet, a narrow waterway where only a few boats can ply, linking the Etang de Léon, less than two kilometers from Moliets, to the Atlantic Ocean over a distance of eight kilometers. The stream meanders between vegetated dunes at first, then sand dunes as it reaches Moliets, passing through a bird sanctuary, maritime pine forest, marshes and peat bogs...
