Their was plenty of fresh fruit available for breakfast and dinner.The freshly cooked pancakes for breakfasr were lovely. Their were also omelettes and toasties Pool area was lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds

We really enjoyed our stay at The Oasis Tropical Hotel. The rooms are lovely & all with balcony. The food for breakfast & dinner was excellent, with lots of choice & all prepared & cooked to a high standard. We loved the swimming pool area, and the bar area. The one thing we were surprised about was the attitude of some of the waitresses in the dining room. They were mostly rude. We had a waitress rolling her eyes at us, telling us to move to a different table because we were 3, and there were 4 placemats! It didn’t spoil our holiday, but it was a bit disappointing!

Lovely hotel but be careful in eth car park!

Love this hotel, have stayed there many times over the years. It's clean, comfortable and rooms are well equipped. It offers excellent value for money. Our only criticisms are the very loud dining hall. You could almost do with ear plugs when its' full with everyone shouting. And a warning to those parking their cars there - the outside parking is quite limited, with cars squeezing in where are no spaces. Unfortunately our car was damaged in the car park, however we didn't notice until we'd left. You'd be better off parking your car elsewhere. A rather disappointing end to a lovely stay. Be prepared

Great service

Really enjoyable hotel, staff were great. Only issue we had was we had a room above the restaurant and you could hear all the chairs being dragged around during meal times, quite annoying.

Good facilities, clean a little distance from shops etc. Do not like the fact that people take sun beds in prime locations and place towels on them to prevent others using. This is a selfish issue that hotels should monitor with a time limit. Not all day!

¿Esto es un hotel 4 estrellas?

Cama incómoda, minibar con botellas de cortesía pero sin abridor para las botellas. Toallas con manchas y finas como papel de fumar Toda la habitación e incluso el baño con pelos del anterior huésped ya que yo no tengo el pelo largo ni oscuro. Pasar ser un 4 estrellas creo que le sobran las estrellas, estuve en hostales con mejor limpieza, servicios y comodidad

Buena opción si viajas con niños o en familia. El hotel está en primera línea de playa y solo tienes que cruzar una carretera y estás en la playa. Hay aparcamiento en los alrededores,por lo que se puede aparcar fácilmente, especialmente por la mañana. Con respecto a las instalaciones,lo mejor las piscinas,grandes y a pesar de que haya gente no se encuentran masificadas. Las habitaciones algo deterioradas y con algunos elementos que no funcionan bien(secador) pero bastante limpias. Referente a la comida poca variedad pero lo que había muy bueno. Cada noche hay una temática distinta con alimentos relacionados con dicha temática y está muy bien. A destacar el personal del hotel,todos muy amables y atentos. Los animadores geniales,hacen un trabajo maravilloso. El personal de comedor excelente,atentos a tus necesidades y muy profesionales. A destacar el trato de Milena,siempre recibiendo con una sonrisa y haciéndonos sentir en casa. Y el personal de limpieza muy profesional. Es cierto que le haría falta un lavado de cara al hotel en cuanto a infraestructura y algunos detalles. En general,buena opción

La camarera del buffet Alexandra una chica mu estupida si la hechais no perdéis nada.El buffet deja mucho que desear no hay mucha variedad.El sábado no nos limpian la habitación se lo tubimos que decir y la limpiaron a las 18.00.El último día domingo a las 9 30 llama y entra a la habitación si dar tiempo a contestar la limpiadora pillándo en calzoncillos y en bragas a los huéspedes.10 min antes y me pilla haciendo cosas de mayores.Me parece vergonzoso la poca intimidad.Pero esque a mis compañeros igual pilla a los huéspedes en la habitación en el baño desnuda y en calzoncillos.Llamar y entrar sin asegurarte que están dentro los huéspedes.Si tuviera que respetir sin duda no vendría aquí jamás.Habitación 1129 y 1135 .

Fuimos con "Pensión Completa", no había otra opción. Las consumiciones muy caras. Una jarra de sangría Don Simón, 11€. Un Gin Tonic de Larios y un café solo, 8,20€ Faltaba personal en el bufett, vasos, tazas. La animación y personal de recepción muy bien.

Mi alojé durante 3 días allí. Puntos positivos: el parking gratuito, aunque estuviera muy lleno. El horario del restaurante, es muy amplio, aunque durante la ultima media hora ya no sacan comida y se dedican a quitar las bandejas ya vacías. Las piscinas, magníficas. La cercanía con la playa. Habitaciones algo viejas, pero aceptables. La animación increíble. La zona de la plancha del comedor. Los sabado por la noche, en el buffet había noche especial. Puntos negativos: destacar el olor a comida cada vez que subes del restaurante, pelo y ropa que huele fatal. Todos los días los mismos postre. La cantidad de gente que se aglomera a la hora de comer, tienes que ir esquivando para que no te tiren los platos. Faltan camareros, no dan a basto. Además, la falta de ocio al rededor del hotel, no hay nada; únicamente una galería con dos tiendas, pero nada para salir a pasear por la tarde o por la noche. Para eso has de desplazarte. Aunque nosotros no hicimos uso de ello, vi que había parada de bus al lado del hotel.

Agradable y tranquila

Aunque mi estancia a sido corta (3dias), en general todo bien, comida buena, personal agradable y ambiente tranquilo, ideal para viaje en familia. Cómo propuesta de mejora no estaría mal reformar piscinas y sanitarios de habitaciones.
