"No parking space even if they said parking available. Find your parking by urself.
Rude staff. First they will give you the worst condition room, if you are shy/adjustable then you wont complain. If you complain, they will say ,it will be fixed tomorrow because no staff available.
It is my honest review. Not good for foreigners."
"My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Yettle Hanok. Jung and his wife were lovely hosts who welcomed us, showed us a map so we could get our bearings and even offered suggested activities for the day so that we would be able to experience all the sights and experiences. We rented the entire home and found it be spacious, comfortable and clean. It was such a unique experience to stay in a traditional hanok-style home. The home is walking distance to the Gyeongju National Museum and a bus stop...
"So the room was really good. The bed was a bit hard, but the rest of the room and amenities and shower were great. The hotel lobby was difficult for me, as I only speak English, and the signs were all in Korean. There is not always an attendant in the lobby, sometimes a person in the 'cieling' speaks to you and can administer your room key through a machine. Again, hard for me due to the language, but I was the one out of my element, so it's not their fault. The only thing that wasn't the...
"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "This is a beautiful quaint Hanok property. The exterior is historically picturesque while the interior is modernized. Itโs super clean and very conveniently located to the historical sites, and the main strip of local shops and restaurants. A stone throw away is a 7/11. A lovely Starbucks is nearby. About 20 steps to the right from the entrance is a wonderful restaurant that looks like fine dining but the food costs is inexpensive. I wished I booked more nights here. Itโs a very relaxing place to be. "
"Very comfortable , clean hotel in a very convenient location. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with shower and large tub. Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Secure lockers to leave luggage if not leaving the area at check-out time. Free bottles of cold water for the room and to take out during the day. Would definitely stay again."
"Kolon Hotel was remodeled in 2023, so the beds and facilities (air conditioning, bathroom, amenities, etc.) were excellent.
However, perhaps because it was only a renovation, the window frames are still a bit outdated.
There werenโt any major downsides, but it wasnโt perfect either.
It offers great value for money, and the breakfast in particular was outstanding and delicious.
What I liked the most was the Time After Time exhibition. If youโre Korean, I highly recommend getting tickets.
The program was great, the facilities were well maintained, and there was a lot to see.
Both the kids and the whole family were very satisfied."
